I Am Not Receiving Notification From My PetraRide App, What Should I Do?

Ensure that you have enabled notifications for the PetraRide app in your device settings. You can also check the app's notification settings within the app itself to customize your preferences.

iPhone (iOS):
Open Settings → Scroll down and look for the "Notifications" option →
Select “PetraRide” → Toggle On "Allow Notifications“.

Samsung (Android):
Open Settings → Scroll down and select "Notifications.“ → Find and tap on PetraRide → Toggle On.

Huawei (Android):
Open Settings → Scroll down and select "Notifications.“ → Find and tap on PetraRide → Toggle On.

Huawei (HarmonyOS):
Unfortunately, no pop-up notification will appear, you can refer to your notifications center in the app.

1- Open PetraRide App
2- Click on your User
3- Select Notifications
4- A screen will appear with all recent notifications
