How Can I Transfer My App Wallet Balance To My Bank Account?

To transfer your app wallet balance to your bank account, follow these steps within the PetraRide app:

1- Go to the "User" section.
2- Select "Wallet."
3- On the top screen, you'll see a cash icon. Click on it.
4- Submit a withdrawal request by providing the necessary details.

Please note that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of 5 JODs. Withdrawal submissions are processed on Mondays and Wednesdays. This means that your withdrawal request will be addressed on one of these days, depending on when you submit it.
