How does Petra Ride work?

PetraRide is a cutting-edge technology transportation platform connecting riders and drivers for a seamless experience.

To use PetraRide, simply open the app in cities where PetraRide operates, and request a ride. Once a nearby driver accepts your request, you'll see their estimated time of arrival. The app notifies you when the driver is about to reach your pickup location.

Details about your driver, including their first name, vehicle type, and license plate number, are provided for a secure pickup experience.

Enter your destination on the app before or during the ride. If you have a preferred route, discussing it with your driver is encouraged.

Upon reaching your destination, kindly exit the vehicle, signaling the end of your PetraRide trip. The fare will be automatically calculated and charged to your linked PetraRide account unless you have opted to pay in cash. If you've chosen the cash payment option, please ensure to settle the fare before exiting the vehicle.

After each trip, you'll have the opportunity to rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars. This two-way rating system fosters a community of respect and accountability for everyone.
