Why Do I Have Cancellation Fees? And How Can I Waive Them?
Cancellation fees are applied to compensate our drivers for their time and effort when a trip is canceled after they have accepted it. These fees encourage passengers to commit to their bookings or cancel well in advance to minimize disruptions to our drivers' schedules. If you believe these cancellation fees are unfair, you can submit a complaint, through the following: 1- Open PetraRide App 2- Click on your User 3- Select “Trip History” 4- Choose the trip you want to submit a complaint on 5- Click on “Report” 6- Finally choose your complaint title “Refund Cancellation Fees” and we will review your case
