Cancellation fees are standardized at 1 JOD (Jordanian Dinar) for all ride types and locations. This fee is applicable: 1- When a ride is canceled after it has been confirmed by the Captain and more than 3 minutes have elapsed since the confirmation. 2- When the captain waits longer than 5 minutes for the user’s arrival.
